Abstract This Regulation sets forth procedures and principles of monitoring and implementation of flood management plans, as well as flood risk assessment. The objective of this Regulation is to mitigate the adverse impacts of flood on public health, environment, soil, natural asset, natural protected area, cultural heritage and social and economic activities. This Regulation includes provisions on mitigation measures, control, monitoring, risk assessment and management plans of flood.
