This Regulation entered into force on 13 June 2013.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development establishes minimum quantities of seed which should be used for sowing or planting 1 ha of arable land. These values are related to subsidies as specified in art. 40d of the Act establishing the Agency for the Agricultural Market. The minimum quantities of seed are specified for: wheat, rye, barley, triticale, oats, lupine, pea, faba bean, vetch, soy, potato and cereal mixtures.
