Abstract This Regulation provides for complete quality requirements in the production and placing on the market of milk and milk products intended for consumption, and related to the: names, definitions and general requirements that must be met; sensory properties and composition; type and quantity of raw materials, added ingredients and other substances used in the production and processing; additional labelling and packaging requirements and related standards.
