This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation provides for complete quality requirements in the production and placing on the market of milk and milk products intended for consumption, and related to the: names, definitions and general requirements that must be met; sensory properties and composition; type and quantity of raw materials, added ingredients and other substances used in the production and processing; additional labelling and packaging requirements and related standards.
