Abstract This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Slovenian Energy Efficiency Act, prescribes the methods for determining energy savings achieved by individual measures to improve energy efficiency, which are implemented to achieve the obligations of Article 10 of the Energy Efficient Use Act. This Regulation partially transpose Directive 2012/27/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2012 on energy efficiency (article 2). These methods for determining the energy savings achieved by individual measures and by increased use of renewable energy sources and the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions are laid down in Annex I.
