This Regulation enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the necessary measures aimed to prevent the spread and to suppress the harmful organism know as Ips typographus (L. spruce scribe), further defines the rules to be applied on the infected area, the competent authorities and also provides the list of infected areas on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
