This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the measures that shall be taken in order to prevent the spread and to control potato wart disease, caused by the fungus Synchytrium endobioticum (Schilb.) In order to determine the presence of the causal agent of potato wart disease, special monitoring shall be conducted in accordance with the annual programme. The cultivation of the causal agent of potato wart disease is prohibited.
