This text entered into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 25 November 2020).
Abstract

This Regulation in order to control and prevent the occurrence and spread of avian influenza, in addition to measures already determined by the Regulation on measures to prevent the occurrence and spread of avian influenza on the territory of the Republic of Croatia (published in the Official Gazette 127/20), here for infected and endangered areas of the Republic of Croatia, sets specific additional animal health measures as listed in articles 1 and 2 of this text. Animal hygiene-sanitary and animal health measures specified in this Regulation shall remain in force until further notice, until the conditions for their abolition are met on the basis of a risk assessment in relation to avian influenza.
