Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of nine articles, lays down detailed methods to prevent the introduction into or spread of the genus Pomacea (Perry) which causes harmful effects to aquatic plants. The present Regulation establishes also requirements to be met by plants susceptible to infection by genus Pomacea, with the indication of requirements that should be included in the phytosanitary certificate if the plants are introduced on Polish territory or moved through this territory from a third country.
