This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the measures for the prevention, detection, suppression and eradication of infectious animal disease called the atypical pest/plague of livestock (also Newcastle disease) such as poultry, sports pigeons and other birds kept in captivity (also as regards the necessary vaccination and disinfection).
