This Regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation determines that all shipments of rice and rice products originating in China may be imported and placed on the market of Montenegro only after determining the possible presence of genetically modified organisms in rice or rice based products, for both human and animal nutrition.
