Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the measures that shall be taken by the owner in order to prevent and suppress the spread of harmful organisms. The owners of plants, plant products and other persons who suspect or have noticed a new and unexpected occurrence of harmful organisms that are listed in the Lists of harmful organisms, plants, plant products and other objects and objects, have to notify the phytosanitary inspector and/or public service providers. When finding the harmful organism on certain plants, the phytosanitary inspector, while there is a danger, should inform the owners of the plants - hosts of the infected area, in a manner that is customary for the place of infection, about the danger of the appearance and possible spread, about the visible signs and unusual symptoms in plants of crops or plantations, seed nurseries, orchards, vineyards, gardens, production of flowers and potted flowers to take the necessary measures at the site of the outbreak, the protected zone or the area.
