This Regulation enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation defines all necessary procedures and practices aimed to offer a concrete way for the mandatory suppression and eradication of the classical swine fever, including the provisions related to the reporting and monitoring, emergency zoning, specific hygiene measures such as cleaning and disinfection, vaccination and other.
