This text entered into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 8 January 2021).
Abstract

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Croatian Veterinary Law, determines the implementation of the programme of surveillance, eradication or control, ie measures for detection, surveillance, prevention of the occurrence and spread, control, monitoring and eradication of animal diseases and zoonoses for the year 2021 (now also including Sars-CoV2 coronavirus disease). This text further provides for updated classification of all known diseases, divided in relation to serotypes and host animal species
