Abstract The import into the Croatian Republic and the transit through the Croatian territory, in order to prevent the intoduction of mouth and foot diseases, is prohibited for: a) live domestic ungulates (cattle, sheep, goats and pigs); b) semen of domestic and wild ungulates; c) the embryos of domestic and wild ungulates; d) fresh and frozen meat of domestic and wild ungulates; e) the meat products of domestic and wild ungulates that were not processed in a manner that safely destroyed the virus of foot and mouth disease; f) products of animal origin (from ungulates) intended for human consumption, animal feed for agricultural or industrial use, animal feed and bedding materials of vegetable origin; g) products of animal origin (from ungulates) intended for pharmaceutical or medical (surgical) use; h) biological products that are not sterile.
