Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, except for the provisions of article 7 paragraph 2, article 17 paragraph 3, article 19 paragraph 11 and article 20 paragraph 3 and 4 which will enter into force upon the Montenegrin accession into the European Union.
Abstract

This Regulation hereby sets/adopts the necessary measures for the prevention, detection, suppression and eradication of classical swine fever, in both domestic/farm pigs and wild boars (including vaccination and epizootiological examination issues).
