Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Environment is composed of 11 articles and five Annexes. Exploitation of installations and devices may cause adverse impact on the environment. Therefore it is obligatory to measure specified parameters to ensure systematic control of emissions or other conditions of the use of environment. The Regulation lays down: (1) types of results of measurements which are transmitted to competent organs of the environmental protection and provincial inspector of environmental protection; (2) other data collected as a result of monitoring of technological processes; (3) deadlines and way of presentation of other data.
