This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation determines the effective maximum allowable quantities of contaminants in food, including the manner for the prevention of abuses, necessary technical and hygiene procedures and information (listed in the Annex which is an integral part of this publication).
