Abstract This Regulation prescribes the emission limit values for pollutants in industrial wastewater prior to their discharge into the public sewerage system and in all treated or untreated wastewater discharged into the water, among several other issues and rules such as scales and prerequisites for collection, treatment and discharge of municipal wastewater, assumptions for exceptional permissible discharges into groundwater, sampling methodology and testing of wastewater composition, frequency of sampling and testing, record of wastewater discharges, register of chemicals placed on the market for use in the area Republic of Croatia.
