Entry into force notes
This Regulation enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette, except for the provisions of article 3 paragraph 2 and article 15 paragraph 3 which will enter into force on the date of the Croatian accession into the European Union.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the complete scale of limit values for the content of volatile organic compounds in certain paints and varnishes used in construction activities and related sector, refinishing products in vehicle industry that can be placed on the market, the methods for determining and monitoring over the quality of certain product, the methods for demonstrating the compliance, the name and designation of the product, the way and the deadline for delivery of the official report on the quality of the product to the Environmental Protection Agency and its consequential delivery to the relevant bodies of the European Union and its Commissions.
