Abstract This Regulation sets out requirements regarding fees for sport and recreational fishing and contains also model forms for their payment. The licence for sport and recreational fishing can be issued for 1 day, 3 days, 1 week or 1 month. Fees shall be established according to the duration of the licence. One-year licence can be issued for war invalids or members of the Croatian Committee for Sport and Recreational Fishing. The procedures regarding certificates on paid taxes and the supervision of this Regulation are entrusted to the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
