Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of five articles and six Annexes, implements art. 86 point 1 and 2 of the Environment Protection Act and establishes: (1) permissible levels of certain substances in ambient air, varied due to protection of human health and plant protection; (2) target levels for certain substances in ambient air, varied due to protection of human health and plant protection; (3) long-term targets for certain substances in ambient air, varied due to protection of human health and plant protection; (4) alarm levels of certain substances in ambient air; (5) levels of reporting for certain substances in ambient air; (6) level of exposure concentration; (7) conditions of evaluating the level of substances; (8) indentification of substances; (9) periods for which results of measurements are averaged; (10) permissible frequency of exceeding threshold values; (11) deadlines of achieving specified targets for certain substances in ambient air; (12) margin of tolerance for certain threshold values.
