This Regulation entered into force on 24 January 2015.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of three articles and one Annex, lays down the scope, mandatory and additional studies of the impact of waste from titanium dioxide production and from processing of waste to water quality, methods, reference methods of research and conditions of monitoring of disposal of the waste and places of its storage.
