Abstract

This Regulation prescribes detailed rules and procedures regarding persons who exercise the right to obtain IPARD (European Union instrument for pre-accession assistance for rural development) incentives for diversification of agricultural holdings and business development, within the IPARD programme for the Republic of Serbia for the period 2014-2020. This text specifies the amount of IPARD incentives, as well as the conditions, manner and procedure of implementation of IPARD programme in terms of incentives and necessary actions.
