The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

The Regulation of the Council of Ministers, which is composed of eight Paragraphs and one Annex, establishes the ionizing radiation dose limits, indices that enable the determination of doses used for exposure assessment and methods and frequency of exposure assessments for workers and members of the public. The Annex specifies quantities and values of indices enabling the determination of doses used for exposure assessment.
