Abstract The Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of two paragraphs and three Annexes, establishes programs to control rabies and bovine spongiform encephalopathy (BSE), and program designed to detect infections of avian influenza and to know more about the risk of this disease. The program to control rabies is specified in Annex 1, the program to control BSE in Annex 2, and the program to control avian influenza in Annex 3.
