Abstract This Regulation sets out provisions for the management in Brijuni National Park. Administration, protection and maintenance of the park are entrusted to the Public institution "National Park Brijuni". The text consists of 118 sections divided into 7 Parts: General Provisions (1), Internal Order in the National Park (2), Fire Prevention (3), Marks in the National Park (4), Supervision and Administrative Measures (5), Penalties (6) and Transitional and Final Provisions (7). In order to protect and preserve nature resources in the park, this Regulation prohibit: hunting, fishing (except recreational fishing), import or export of protected plant and animal species, logging and afforestation, polluting of soil, introduction of hazardous substances, making of fires, etc. Supervision of this Regulation is entrusted to the inspectors of the Public Institution "National Park Brijuni".
