Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, except for the provisions of the article 10 which will enter into force on 1 January 2010.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the instructions for users of plant protection products, content and manner of keeping records on the use of funds, conditions to be met by legal and natural persons for the marketing and use of funds and products, conditions to be met by legal and natural persons engaged in the control and eradication of harmful organisms in agriculture and forestry services, and the criteria for inclusion in the Register of legal entities and natural persons performing control and eradication of harmful organisms in agriculture and forestry by using pesticides.
