This Regulation entered into force on 1 January 2011.
Abstract

The purpose of this Regulation of the Minister of Environment is to protect the environment from electromagnetic pollution by keeping the acceptable level of electromagnetic field. This Regulation establishes: (1) form of application for installation generating electromagnetic field; (2) detailed requirements concerning the scope of data included in the application for installation generating electromagnetic field. The form of application is specified in Annex 1 and the detailed requirements in Annex 2.
