Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 11 paragraphs and three Annexes, lays down provisions for controlling organic agriculture within the following types of specialization: plant cultivation and keeping of animals, collection from the natural state, apiculture, aquaculture products and seaweeds, processing of organic products and production of feed and yeast, marketing of organic products, including import from third countries. These provisions concern detailed scope of subjects knowledge of which is required for individual types of specialization for controlling organic agriculture.
