The Regulation entered into force on the day when Poland became a member of the European Union.
Abstract

The Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of five Paragraphs and two Annexes, establishes: the list of infectious diseases (specified in Annex 1) which are to be notified ; method and mode of informing about infectious diseases specified in Annex 1. Annex 2 specifies the information which shall be contained in the notification about primary or secondary source of infectious diseases of animals.
