Abstract

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Serbian Law on incentives in agriculture and rural development, determines the types of incentives for improving the system of creation and transfer of knowledge through the development of technical-technological, applied, development and innovative projects in agriculture and rural development. This text determines the necessary conditions, manner of exercising the right to incentives and maximum amounts of incentives per user single user and for each type of individual measure. These incentives shall include: 1) incentives for the implementation of technical-technological, applied, development and innovative projects in agriculture and rural development; 2) incentives related to the development of forecasting and reporting activities in the field of plant protection; 3) incentives related to the development of an applied project for the improvement of milk quality in the field of animal husbandry. Incentives for the implementation of technical-technological, applied, development and innovative projects in agriculture and rural development include support for projects related to the improvement of professional knowledge in the field of: 1) field and vegetable crops; 2) fruit growing and viticulture; 3) animal husbandry; 4) organic production; 5) use of renewable energy sources in agriculture; 6) forestry; 7) agroeconomics; 8) rural development; 9) food for the future, in accordance with the Smart Specialization Strategy in the Republic of Serbia for the period from 2020 until 2027 (published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia 21/2020).
