Abstract This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Serbian Law on incentives in agriculture and rural development, determines the types of incentives for investments in the physical property of agricultural farms for the purpose of field electrification. This text further determines the necessary conditions, manner of exercising the right to incentives and maximum amounts of incentives per single user and for each type of individual measure. The subject of incentives are eligible investment costs for field electrification. The subject of incentives shall include different eligible investment costs for: 1) procurement of cables and other accompanying equipment; 2) field preparation; 3) connection to the electricity network.
