Abstract: This Regulation defines the terms regarding the incentives for investments in agriculture for improving competitiveness and achieving quality standards through support in the primary livestock production, also defining the types of incentives, conditions and manner of exercising the right to obtain incentives, as well as the administrative application forms and maximum amounts of incentives per user and for each type of stimulus.
