Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down provisions governing identification of breeding animals and other breeding material. This Regulation applies to cattle, swine, sheep, goats, horses, bees, chicken, rabbit and fish which are kept for the benefit and live under care and protection of people. Breeding animals must be marked individually, in accordance with regulations governing the labeling of domestic animals, and in accordance with the approved breeding program specific for the given animal. This Regulation is composed of ten articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Identification of breeding animals (Sec. 2); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 3).
