Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down conditions and methods of identification and registration of equidae, and terms and conditions of the issuance of documents for marking of equidae. This Regulation applies to domestic animals of horse and donkey and hybrids of these two types. The methods of marking of equidae are: mandatory marking of equine identification document or certificate of identity for equines, and additional marking of the natural identification with a cold or hot stamp, tattoo, microchip or other means.
