Abstract

The present Regulation of the Minister of Health, which is composed of nine Paragraphs and one Annex, establishes that door-to-door selling is allowed only upon a valid certificate. Means of transport used for door-to-door selling must be equipped with an information plate with the name of company (or person) and the address. Fresh fishes have to be stored in plastic containers and cooled with the ice from drinking water. Fruits and vegetables have to be protected from pollution and from contact
