Abstract This Regulation sets general requirements for the quality of grain, milling and bakery products, pasta and pasta products, which are placed on the market, and related to: a) the technological procedures used in the production and processing; b) sensory properties and composition; c) additional or specific requirements for labelling and marking; d) type and quantity of raw materials, additives and other substances used in production and processing; e) classification and terminology.
