Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of ten paragraphs and one Annex, establishes: (1) the way of collecting and making available geological information; (2) the organization and way of keeping geological information; (3) the scope of protection of geological information. Geological authorities store geological information in the scope depending on their competences. The information comes from current documenting of geological works and is stored in the form of geological documentation, reports on geological data, and geological samples of persistent storage.
