Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of ten paragraphs and 11 Annexes, establishes detailed requirements for geological documentation of mineral deposit. The scope of documentation is specified for individual types of mineral resources: (a) solid minerals (Annexes 1, 2, 5-7 and 10); (b) methane contained in coal deposits (Annexes 1, 4, 6, 8, 9); (c) natural gas, oil and their natural derivatives (Annexes 1, 3, 6, 8, 9).
