This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes all necessary standards and requirements governing the quality of fruit juices and nectars and their related products that are placed on the market, and in particular refers to the: a) names, definitions and general requirements that must be met; b) composition and sensory characteristics; c) type and quantity of raw materials and other materials used in production and processing; d) additional or specific requirements for labelling or marking.
