Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of two articles and four Annexes, establishes forms of applications for derogations from prohibitions for certain controlled substances, according to Regulation (EC) No. 1005/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on substances that deplete the ozone layer. Annex 1 contains the form of apllication for derogation specified art. 11 point 8 of the Regulation (EC) No. 1005/2009, Annex 2 the form for derogation specified in art. 12 point 3, Annex 3 the form for derogation specified in art. 13 point 4, and Annex 4 the form for derogation specified in art. 17 point 3.
