Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down conditions for planning, design, construction, maintenance, use and registration of forest roads, forestry investment and implementation of forestry maintenance works. The design of forest roads consist of at least making and coordination of project documentation for construction of forest roads and the associated advice. Technical requirements for forest roads specified in this Regulation include such parameters like width of the carriageway on straight and the minimum radius of horizontal curves. Rain water pipes should be designed so that they do not cause a progressive erosion processes. This Regulation is composed of 41 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Forest roads (Sec. 2); Forest trails (Sec. 3); Forest management (Sec. 4); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 5).
