Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down detailed content and method of preparation, deadlines, procedures of approval, the manner of presentation and method of monitoring the implementation of forest management plans and game management plans. The data and spatial information for plans for forest and game management is prepared in the form suitable for computer processing and storage of spatial information system. Collection and display of data in the plans is carried out in the way which allows comparing with former plans. This Regulation is composed of 33 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Spatial planning division (Sec. 2); Forest management plan and game management plan (Sec. 3); Forest management plan at the level of forest management units (Sec. 4); Sivicultural plan (Sec. 5); Annual plans for hunting management areas (Sec. 6); Annual plans for hunting grounds (Sec. 7); Attachments (Sec. 8); Guide (Sec. 9); Final provisions (Sec. 10).
