This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the necessary classification, rules and provisions aimed to determine the correct procedure as regards the market issues of foreign species (often defined as potentially invasive; animal, inspect and plant species; not to be applied on genetically modified organisms) that can be placed on the market of the Republic of Croatia without the permission of the competent institutions.
