Abstract This Regulation prescribes the necessary classification, rules and provisions aimed to determine the correct procedure as regards the market issues of foreign species (often defined as potentially invasive; animal, inspect and plant species; not to be applied on genetically modified organisms) that can be placed on the market of the Republic of Croatia without the permission of the competent institutions.
