Abstract This Regulation, as in accordance with the Croatian Law on marine fisheries, and for the purpose of rational management and protection of bluefin tuna, here prescribes provisions which include: fishing capacity in commercial fishing; time limits for the use of certain fishing gear; allocation of the State quota (total catch quota for bluefin tuna fishing) for commercial and non-commercial fishing as well as for subcategories of commercial and non-commercial fishing in 2021; by-catch rules.
