Abstract This Regulation governs the: types of fishing gear and equipment that can be used in commercial fishing with license and where commercial fishing is allowed on the Croatian sea domain; structural and technical characteristics, method of use and purpose of certain types of fishing gear and fishing equipment; type and purpose of fishing vessels, the strength of the main engine and/or drag forces; order and conditions for fishing in the fishing sea of the Croatian Republic or in individual parts of the fishing sea, part of the national maritime domain.
