Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of four paragraphs, establishes fines for violatinng provisions concerning organization of the fish market and relates in particular to purchase of fish products specified in art. 1 of the Council Regulation (EEC) No. 104/2000 on the common organization of the markets in fishery and aquaculture products, and using wrong documents and not the ones established by the Act on the organization of fish market.
