Abstract This Regulation sets forth the procedures and principles of development, update and usage of the Farmers Registration System. The Farmers Registration System has been established to register farmers and their agricultural activities to create agricultural policies. This Regulation aims to control, monitor and report agricultural support programs. This Regulation determines the duties of the units to monitor and report the registration procedures.
