Abstract This Regulation determines the procedure for conducting public tenders procedures for granting concessions for the exploitation of mineral raw materials, collection of claims based on compensation for the concession for the exploitation of mineral raw materials, and other obligations of mining economic entities (in accordance with the provisions of the Law on mining and the provisions of the Law on concessions). When a natural person or legal entity registered for the exploration and/or exploitation of mineral resources submits a proposal for launching a public tender for the selection of the most favorable tenderer for the exploration of mineral resources for the purpose of granting a concession for exploitation, it is obligatory to submit the proposal together with necessary documents and data as specified in article 3.
