Abstract

This Regulation provides for the granting of forest exploitation permits for the exploitation by private parties of publicly owned forest land of 100.000 acres or less. The 11 sections are divided into 5 Parts: Definitions (I); Application (II); FDA's Reservations (III); FDA Forest Survey Permit (IV); FDA Forest Exploitation Permit (IV); Effective Date (V). The FDA may recommend the granting of investment incentives (sect. 10).
